BANKING

We pick up the mail, write checks, make deposits and keep track of homeowner accounts. Transfers, reserves and account reconciliation are included in our basic services

FINANCIAL REPORTING

Monthly reports include a balance sheet, income statement and expenditure list along with accounts receivable. These reports are available to the Board on a regular basis. Some regimes choose to send statements to homeowners either quarterly or annually.

COLLECTIONS

A steady cash flow is important. When residents fall behind in their fees, we notify them by mail. If necessary, we take the appropriate action to follow through until the balance is collected.

MAILING

Let us take care of copying and sending newsletters, financial reports, notices or special mailings. Address labels are also available.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS

We work with your contractors or ours to keep the common areas of your community in good order. Experience has introduced us to many reliable vendors who are available for a variety of projects.

VENDOR CONTRACTS

Contract renewals should be subject to review to make sure you are getting the best services for the best price. Insurance certificates are kept current and on file.

COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS

You may opt for us to do periodic drive-through inspections to determine covenants violations. We may also rely on reports from the association. Having an impartial party deal with complaints is more effective than confrontation between neighbors.

SPECIAL PROJECTS

Our expertise can save you time and money. A-plus will obtain bids for your special projects and present them to the Board for final decision.
